about me:

I am a floral designer, educator, mama of 2, and am huge advocate for business streamlining. In 2005, I started teaching elementary education and at the same time, launched my floral design business; Posh Peony, as a household hobby, never imagining the growth it would have in the following years! After growing and scaling my business, I was sought out as a mentor and that is when I stepped into education, teaching workshops, private classes, and at several conferences. That eventually evolved into FLEURSOCIETY; a community that empowers floral designers and creative entrepreneurs on how to build better businesses that are both profitable and sustainable. Resources include; online summits, membership, courses, templates, podcast, and a support group that continues to bloom daily.
